Graduating from ILS Law College, Pune in 2003, he commenced his career at Crawford Bayley& Company, Mumbai, later relocated to New Delhi in 2005 in litigation and Arbitration. Transitioning to in-house roles, he held senior positions at leading corporations like Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., Modi Group of Companies, IFFCO-Tokio General Insurance Companies and Shalimar Paints Ltd.

During Sharma’s above professional journey and inclination towards enhancement of his legal skills, he pursued master’s degree in law (LLM) and also acquired certification in professional courses pertaining to claim management under General Insurance and Intellectual Property Rights and Information Technology in the internet age.

Venkita Subramoniam  T.R. (CS, LLB, AOR Supreme Court of India)

Venkita is a practicing Advocate before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India since 2006. Venkita became an Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India in the year 2011 and is also an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has filed more than 600 cases as an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India and represented parties in various branches of law. Venkita is the counsel for various Corporations including renowned Real Estate Companies and leading Multi-National Pharmaceutical Company. He has appeared as a counsel in number of criminal matters before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. He is the Standing Counsel for the Kerala University of Health Sciences, Kerala. Venkita is also a Panel Counsel for the Kerala State Electricity Regulatory Commission. Hitesh Kumar (CS, LLB)

Hitesh is a senior corporate lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Delhi and also a Qualified Company Secretary, with over 17 years diversified experience in different areas of legal practice covering Corporate Advisory, M&A, Infrastructure, Insolvency, Arbitrations, Contracts, etc. During his association with PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Limited (PwC), Hitesh handled various prestigious assignments including assisting a Japanese Client in drafting, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts for various phases of a project, viz., logistics data bank - being first of its kind in India and also led assignments involving advising and drafting of project documents for Smart City Projects. Hitesh has also worked with law firms like Link Legal India Law Services and Singhania & Partners. Hitesh’s experience includes advising domestic and foreign clients in the restructuring and insolvency sphere acting for lenders/financial creditors, insolvency resolution professionals, investors, and operational creditors. Hitesh has represented clients in NCLT, NCLAT, etc., in relation to insolvency and restructuring proceedings. Hitesh is actively involved in advising clients on structuring, M&A, due-diligence, corporate, commercial, FDI, labour laws.
